Common Areas

The Reserve at Fair Hill (RFH) has four recreational areas.  The first is Fair Hill Field, a two-acre swath of turf with multiple park benches and an electrical outlet service available in the front and rear of the field.  The field has been home to a dozen official HOA social events, including the 2019 grant 10 Year Anniversary Party.  A sizable children’s playground across from Fair Hill field on Wickham Road hosts swings, slides and climbing bars for kids of all ages.  The playground is located next to a public visitors parking lot operated by the county for North Branch Stream Valley Park.  In the rear of the community off of Ashbourne Place, Ashbourne Circle is a small turf area with several park benches and ornate seasonal landscape.  RFH also owns Wickham Annex, a small undeveloped property located just before the Wickham-Tackbrooke intersection.  This was the home to the construction trailer of the original community developer.
